Resident Clients

The South Side Innovation Center has office space for up to 27 resident clients, ranging from 100- to 300-sq foot spaces. Each office comes furnished and includes a desktop computer, internet connection and a phone. Resident clients also have access to two conference rooms, a large event space, a 30-seat classroom, a 500-sq foot kitchen, resource room for mail/faxing/copies/mailbox, free parking, 24/7 building access and security/surveillance.
